<p>Vangsnes, on the S-side of the Sognefjord, is an important traffic hub along the Sognefjord with a ferry berth for the Vangsnes–Dragsviki–Hella connection.<br />The current past Vangsneset can be quite strong and almost always flows out of the fjord. It sets from a SE direction towards WNW – NW and sweeps past the headland.</p>
