<p>When you come out of the waters by Stavenes into Stavfjorden, you can steer towards the middle of Reksta or towards Høyholmen. Høyholmen and Vågsøya are higher than the surrounding islets and are therefore good points of reference.<br />Most of the coastal traffic within the skerries uses the channel past Stavenes lighthouse.<br />The main fairway continuing northward to Florø goes on the east side of Askrova, east of Oddetåa, between Nekkøyane and Færøya, east of Ånnøya, past Stabben lighthouse, and into Florø or further northward.</p>

<p>Når man fra farvannet ved Stavenes kommer ut på Stavfjorden, kan man styre midt på Reksta eller på Høyholmen. Høyholmen og Vågsøya er høyere enn holmene omkring, og er derfor gode orienteringspunkter.<br />Mesteparten av kysttrafikken innenskjærs bruker løpet forbi Stavenes lykt.<br />Hovedleia videre N‑over til Florø går på E‑siden av Askrova, E om Oddetåa, mellom Nekkøyane og Færøya, E om Ånnøya, forbi Stabben fyr og inn til Florø eller leia videre N‑over.</p>
