<p>Førde, the administrative center for the municipality of the same name, has undergone rapid development in recent years. The town serves as the county, regional, cultural, and commercial center for all of Sunnfjord and large parts of the county. It is highly developed in terms of both public and private services. Stedet er således både fylkes‑, region‑, kultur og handelssenter for hele Sunnfjord og store deler av fylket og meget godt utviklet både med hensyn til offentlig og privat service. <p>In Førde, anchoring is possible NE of the river outlet. However, the holding ground is poor. Be aware of the underwater cables! Multiple private boat additions.</p>
<p>Anchoring is possible throughout the inner part of the fjord, sandy bottom, but keep clear of the dry-fall area along the northern shore and outside the river mouth</p>

<p>Ved Førde kan det ankres NE av elveutløpet. Holdebunnen er imidlertid dårlig. Vær oppmerksom på sjøkablene! Flere private båttillegg.</p>
<p>Det kan ankres over hele den indre delen av fjorden, sandbunn, men hold klar tørrfallet langs nordre land og ut for elvemunningen</p>
