        "description_en":"<p>Lady Franklinfjorden is approximately 17 NM long. The safest approach to the fjord is between Cape Hansteen and Draugskoltane, located 1&ndash;2 NM northwest of Cape Hansteen. Entering between Draugskoltane and L&aring;g&oslash;ya requires increased caution. As the name suggests, L&aring;g&oslash;ya is very low and flat, with its highest point at the southern end reaching only 38 m.</p>\n<p>Along the eastern side of Lady Franklinfjorden, there are several shallow areas. After passing the outer, foul waters, the fjord is clear when keeping mid-channel further inward.</p>\n<p>Tombolo&oslash;ya, located east of Franklinsundet, can be passed on all sides.</p>\n<p>In the innermost part of Lady Franklinfjorden, the two Franklin Glaciers reach the sea from the inland ice. The glaciers calve frequently, and the presence of grounded icebergs in the fjord indicates that there are likely several shoals in the area. Navigation here requires particular caution.</p>",
