        "description_en":"<p>Through Storstraumen into Skodjevika, a fixed road bridge spans across 3 navigable channels. The northernmost channel, 57 meters wide, has a maximum clear height under the middle of the bridge span of 17 meters, decreasing to each side. The depth in the channel is 4 meters. The middle channel is 40 meters wide, with a maximum clear height of 7.5 meters. The southern channel is only for small boats.<br />The current changes approximately at high and low tide and can be very strong; there is still water for 20&ndash;30 minutes!<br />To enter Skodje through Straumen, keep north of Trollholmen and close to Digerneset. A good turn south around the iron rod on Revholmflua, which extends far south, is required.</p>",
