The fjord closely resembles the fjords of western Norway with high mountains and steep sides. The fjord is clean and deep except for the reef extending from <a data-county=\"Agder\" data-lat=\"58.13221\" data-lng=\"6.91008\" data-municipality=\"Lyngdal\" data-type=\"Peninsula in the sea\" href=\"ssr:121281\">Asper\u00f8ya</a> at the mouth of the inner part of the fjord. It is mostly deep right up to the shore, and landing from small boats is feasible in most places. There are no significant harbors or quays in the fjord.</p>",

Fjorden er ren og dyp med unntak av revet ut fra&nbsp;<a data-county=\"Agder\" data-lat=\"58.13221\" data-lng=\"6.91008\" data-municipality=\"Lyngdal\" data-type=\"Halv\u00f8y i sj\u00f8\" href=\"ssr:121281\">Asper\u00f8ya</a> ved munningen av den indre delen av fjorden. Det er for det meste dypt helt inn til land og landstigning fra sm&aring;b&aring;t g&aring;r greit p&aring; de fleste steder. Det er ingen&nbsp;havner eller kaier av betydning i fjorden.</p>",
