The location offers various types of commerce, a pharmacy, retirement and nursing homes, a savings bank, a hotel, a guesthouse, camping facilities, and an agricultural school. A doctor, dentist, police, and priest reside in the area. Various industries. At Onstad, there is the Fjord Center, which includes a medical center, bakery, laundry, and ready-made food company.<br />Ferry terminal for the ferry to Gudvangen and Kaupanger. Information office located just above the guest quay. There is a road connection to Fl\u00e5m (8 km) and further to Myrdal.<br />Road over the mountain to Hol and Oslo, as well as a new road tunnel to L\u00e6rdal (24.5 km), the longest in the world.</p>\n<h3>Guest Harbor</h3>\n<p>- The guest quay, a 25 + 39 m wooden quay with an angle. The quay has a staircase and a lower deck for easier access from small boats.<br />- The Fjord Center with an 81 m guest jetty made of wood. Power connection and water filling. Str&oslash;mtilkobling og vannfylling. Sm&aring;b&aring;thavn bak moloen. 50 m til bensinstasjon og toalett.</p>",
